Installing and using the software indicates your agreement to the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license you must not download and/or install it on your computer.

You may use Mashup Soft Map component without charge for a 30-day evaluation period. If you wish to use it after the evaluation period and remove the data loading delay, you must purchase a license.

* License

To purchase a license for Mashup Soft Map components, go to http://www.mashupsoft.com/maps/downloads and follow the corresponding link and "Buy Button" for the component.

Under the license you may: Install and use a Mashup Soft component perpetually on a particular domain and any of its corresponding sub-domains without experiencing any data loading delay.

* Limited Warranty

This component/program is designed to work in conjunction with other software services provided by third party providers. Access to such services will be governed by the license agreements of each provider, and it is your responsibility to agree and abide by such license agreements. 

You understand that all information integrated and displayed in a Mashup Map component is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not Mashup Soft, are entirely responsible for all content that you transmit or otherwise make available via the application/component.

This component/program is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Mashup Soft will not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of use of this software.
